Where can I buy tickets?

  1. On the internet 123pyt.tix.com. Per ticket processing fees will apply.
  2. Call the PYT office and purchase with a major credit card. There is a $3 handling fee for every order (not per ticket).
  3. At the venue box office window, which opens one-hour prior to the start of a performance.

How much do tickets cost?

For the 2021-2022 Mainstage productions:

Premiere Reserve seats: $20

General Admission: Adults $20, Seniors (65 and over) and Children (2-12): $18

Groups of 12 or more attending Public Performances can receive a  reduced rate of $2 off per ticket.

Special prices are available for School/Home School groups attending our school group matinees. See the “Schools and Groups” page on our website.

Where are your shows performed?

Most of our productions are performed at the Charles A. Brown Historic Ice House, 56 River Street, Bethlehem, PA, 18018. Our 2021-2022 MainStage production of Matilda The Musical will be performed in the Diamond Theatre, Zoellner Arts Center, 402 E. Packer Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18015.

Are there any extra charges added to the ticket price?

A $3 processing fee is applied to every order. A $2 per ticket fee is charged for all internet sales.

What is the $3 handling fee for?

Like most theatres, PYT incurs costs from the company who manages our ticketing system. We are also charged by VISA and Master Card for the privilege of using their services. The $3 per order handling charge covers these administrative costs.

I saw an available seat on the internet. Can I buy that seat over the phone through PYT’s office?

No. Exact seating can be seen on the internet. By phone, requests for certain areas (i.e. aisle, center, etc.) are accepted but not guaranteed.

When will I get my tickets?

PYT uses an E-ticket system. Tickets can be printed at home or accessed on your mobile device. If you prefer to have your tickets mailed you must notify the office and additional fees may apply. The tickets will be mailed within 7 days (If the performance is within 10 days or less, the tickets will be held at the box office). Notify PYT within 10 days if you have not received your tickets. When you receive the tickets, please check them immediately to confirm your order is complete and accurate.

Can my baby sit on my lap?

For most shows, we do not recommend children younger than 2. However, Infants and Toddlers under the age of 2, will be admitted.

Can I reserve seats and pay later?

Seats cannot be “held” or reserved without payment.

I bought tickets for a show and now we can't attend on that date. What do I do?

Season subscribers may make ticket exchanges for free one time per production, subject to availability. Tickets can only be exchanged for another date within the run of the same show. (For example, you can exchange a ticket from the first weekend of the holiday show to another show of that production, but you cannot exchange a ticket to the holiday show for a ticket to the spring show.)

If you are a season subscriber and you have the tickets in your possession, you can exchange tickets by bringing your tickets to PYT’s business office at least 7 days before the show. If you are a subscriber and your tickets are at “will call” you can call to make the exchange at least 4 days before the show.

I bought tickets for a show and couldn't attend. Can I get my money back or tickets for another show?

Once the show you bought tickets for has passed you can no longer exchange tickets. There are no refunds.

If it snows, can we come to a different performance?

PYT maintains a policy of not canceling performances due to inclement weather.
