Don’t let staying home keep your young actor from performing. We are now bringing our signature DRAMA DIVISION classes straight into your living room! Seizing the challenges of the moment, we’ll embrace the camera as a unique creative tool and use this opportunity to fully explore on-screen acting. We’ll introduce the idea of site-specific theatre, turning our own homes into cool, alternative performance spaces. “All the world’s a stage…” and distance won’t keep us from making one together.

The Senior Conservatory is the most advanced training ground for PYT performers. The Senior Conservatory explores drama skills through deep engagement in improvisation, story development, vocal work, physical theatre and character study. Students will be developing their playmaking skills by putting their words and ideas into dramatic form. Students will also work with specific theatrical techniques and styles such as Shakespeare, Method, Meisner, directing concepts, and writing skills. Students hone their performance skills through a variety of challenging classes and performance opportunities.

Enrich your Experience:  A weekly dance class is an essential part of developing technique, musicality and expressiveness- add TEEN BALLET, TEEN JAZZ, TEEN TAP and/or TEEN BROADWAY STYLES.  For advanced dancers, continue your dance training or call for recommendations.  The voice is a vital tool for a performer and proper training in singing is important- add PRIVATE or PRIVATE VOICE LESSONS WITH PIANO COMPONENT.
