Hi PYT Alumni,

This is Gary Minyard, PYT's new Artistic Director and Michael Pesavento, PYT's Alumni Volunteer.  This season, PYT is celebrating 25 years of educating, entertaining and enriching the lives of young people in the Lehigh Valley.  This milestone would not be possible without the hundreds of students, parents, teachers, directors, designers, staff, and so many others who contributed to PYT’s growth and success throughout the years.   

 

To celebrate, we have created a 3-dimensional timeline/exhibit at the Banana Factory, full of posters, pictures, props, costumes, and other historical pieces that will trace PYT’s growth from its first production in 1985 to today. We hope you have an opportunity to see it.

 

The reason we are reaching out to you is because we are planning an “Alumni Celebration” that will happen in the spring during our production of Cinderella.  Right now, we are targeting the weekend of May 13-15, 2011 as our timeframe. We hope that anyone who was a student, a parent, a former student who is now a parent, volunteer, faculty member, or board member will come to our celebration!  But as with any event, we would love to know if you are interested and available for our festivities during that weekend.
